Purchase Policy

At MS, each piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and produced in limited quantities to preserve its exclusivity and quality.

To confirm orders, a deposit is required in advance, while the remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

All purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Clients are kindly requested to inspect and try on the order while the courier is present before completing the receipt process to ensure satisfaction with the item.

Once the order has been received and accepted, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.

في MS، يتم تنفيذ كل قطعة بعناية استثنائية وبكميات محدودة للحفاظ على تفرّدها وجودتها.

لتأكيد الطلب، يتم تحويل عربون مقدمًا، ويتم سداد المبلغ المتبقي عند استلام الشحنة.

تُعتبر جميع المشتريات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع أو استرداد المبلغ.

يرجى من عملائنا الكرام التأكد من فحص وتجربة الطلب أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن قبل إتمام الاستلام لضمان الرضا الكامل عن القطعة.

بمجرد استلام الطلب وقبوله، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات.
